At WestlynCart, we strive to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Below you can find all the details about delivery times, shipping, tracking, and what to do if any issues arise.
1. Delivery Time
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery time:
1–6 business days (in some cases up to 10 business days, depending on the product and destination)
Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or due to delays with the shipping carrier.
2. Order Processing
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Processing time:
1–3 business days
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, if available.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to the United States and selected countries.
Shipping is handled by our trusted logistics and shipping partners. Your package is usually delivered to your address or to a pickup point, depending on the chosen shipping method.
4. Package Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will usually be able to track it.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will assist you.

6. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, your order may in some cases be shipped in multiple packages if the products come from different suppliers.
You will still receive all items, even if they arrive at different times.
7. Customs and Import Duties (if applicable)
In rare cases, customs processing may occur depending on the destination country and shipping method. Any customs or import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us with the following information:

9. Incorrect or Damaged Items
